Former Taylor Swift Home Sells for Record Price on Cape Cod in 2025

In a real estate Love Story of sorts, Taylor Swift’s former seaside estate at 27 Marchant Avenue in Hyannis Port, represented by Robert B. Kinlin of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Robert Paul Properties has officially sold, setting the record for the highest residential sale on Cape Cod so far this year.

The Sale: It’s Been a Long Time Coming

Swift reportedly purchased the property in 2012, during her high-profile summer romance with Conor Kennedy—yes, of that Kennedy family. Although she sold the property in 2013 for nearly $5.7 million, earning a tidy profit of around $870,000 after reportedly purchasing it for $4.8 million just a few months earlier, the house recently re-entered the market. Now, it’s been passed on to a new owner. According to local reports, the most recent sale was a swift one (pun fully intended), with buyers eager to snag a piece of pop culture history, with the property selling for an impressive $12,300,000.

“This home was the perfect balance of refined architecture and seaside living—clean lines and a timeless sense of proportion that just made it feel effortless and inviting,” said Kinlin. “It was a privilege to market such a remarkable property and assist in bringing it to a successful close,” he added. The sale further solidifies Kinlin’s reputation in the industry. Recently named to the prestigious RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list, Kinlin ranks in the top 1.5% of agents nationwide, underscoring his consistent excellence and leadership in the luxury sector.

“We take great pride in the level of service, market knowledge, and discretion our agents provide,” said Emily Clark, President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Robert Paul Properties. “This sale is a reflection of our continued commitment to excellence in the luxury sector and the trust our clients place in us to represent some of the region’s most extraordinary homes.”
